Manufacturing Process Engineer

Due to growth, they are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to streamline processes, drive efficiencies and troubleshoot design and process issues.
This position offers fully benefit package including health, dental, life, disability and 401k as well as salary:
$85-$95k Highlighted Duties:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures, ensuring efficiencies Ensure product drawings, tooling and equipment drawings meet customer and product specifications Work closely with customers to resolve engineering issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues related to equipment, systems, or processes.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on PLC systems and equipment operation.
Provide CAD and 3D modeling support as needed Assist with specification, purchasing, build, installation and launch of capital equipment Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and industry best practices.
May require occasional travel Highlighted Requirements:
Bachelors in Engineering required 1
