The GM is responsible for attracting, hiring, training and developing all levels of brand ambassadors, leaders and associates. The GM leads the team to achieve contribution goals, sales goals, customer service targets, operating and human resources objectives through motivation, inspiration and accountability. The GM is also responsible for implementing the individual store strategy in a manner consistent with company. Establish values and behaviors. The incumbent is responsible for professional representation of company brand within the market, understanding competitors as well as driving excellent tenant and community relationships. The candidate will promote a high quality store experience for the external and internal customer. The ideal candidate will perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
3 to 5 years of retail management experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams to deliver results. Must be proven performance management skills. Excellent communication skills and communicate with all levels of leaders in the organization. Open availability to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts.
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.
